Some of our mechanics are mobile and come to you. This is saving you time and effort in taking your boat to the shop and organising to pick it back up. All our vans are fully equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment and tooling so we can get the job done in the ease of your driveway or at the slip of your choice.
We supply a friendly driveway service at a very competitive price. However you will notice that it is $135 cheaper to get your boat serviced in our fully equipped workshop. This additional cost of the service covers the cost of the additional labour setting up and packing up, the fuel and maintenance of our vehicles costs and additional time required to complete tasks that are faster when 2 people are required.
All makes and models are catered for from your tenders engine to you launches powerhouse.
If Repair is necessary your boat will need to be taken to one of our workshops for repair and QA.

Please be aware there is a cancelation fee of $135 that will be charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment - This covers some of our costs associated with the purchase of service material and loss of time allocation.
As reference use the above pictures to help locate you engines serial we really need it to help us gather parts for your engine before attending your place. If you are unsure, you can take a picture and text it with you full name to 0458852591 so we can add it to your booking.
As we cover such a vast area please ensure when your using the booking system you select the correct address your vessel is at.

Please allow up to 2 hours Peak season and 45 min non peak either side of appointment time for our service staff to manage unforeseen travel and traffic conditions. You also agree to pay associated costs relevant to your service any work outside the scope of servicing Which will be confirmed with you via Phone, Email or Text before any additional repairs will be conducted.
You also agree that if nonpayment is made you endorse a Falcon Services Australia employee or authorised person to enter upon your property for remove any property worked on until full payment is received.
