Used Part Warranty

USED PART WARRANTY All used parts carry a 30 day warranty Warranty on ignition and electrical parts are subject to fitting by qualified technician.

Faulty part will be replaced with one of similar serviceable condition.

In the event of a suitable replacement secondhand part being unavailable, the customer will have the option of paying the difference between original purchase price and price of new unit.

No refunds are given if a replacement can be found.

The decision to refund is at the discretion of supplier

New part warranty

All new parts carry a 3 to 12 month Warranty. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and can be assumed to be 3 months unless stipulated on the products information page.
Warranty on ignition and electrical parts are subject to fitting by qualified technician....
Faulty part will be replaced No refund is given on faulty parts.
Any decision to refund is at the discretion of supplier

If you have ordered the incorrect part

Make sure you have the correct part before fitting it to the motor. All consideration will be given in replacement of parts that are ordered incorrectly by the consumer, they will be replaced with correct one provided it has not been fitted to a motor and is in brand new condition.
Defective parts will be replaced with the same item. No refunds are available for new electrical parts.
All defective parts new and second hand are to be returned for testing. Should the part be found to be in operational condition, it will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
